As we approach the 64th anniversary of the Brown v. Board of Education Supreme Court ruling that “separate is not equal,” we know that segregation keeps on keeping on. To honor the anniversary, Integrated Schools is partnering with IntegrateNYC in a month of action to recommit to school integration. Over the next month, students across the country are raising their hand and reclaiming their rights. And parents are standing with them.

We don’t ask for much, but we are asking for your support of these inspiring youth leaders.  Please donate today.  We can help them reach their goal of $64,000, right?!?
Further, if you know a student under the age of 25, encourage them to sign the Student Constitution for integration (and their platform is incredible; take a look!).

And during the Week of Action from May 12-18:

  • take a pict of your raised right hand,
  • color an equal sign across your palm and fingers if you’re feeling fancy
  • tag the image with #StillNotEqual
  • and plaster it across your social media venuesScreen Shot 2018-03-26 at 11.47.53 PM.
