Join us for a Friday Night (10/25) panel discussion

Learning Together: The Intersection of Race and Education with Genevieve Siegal-Hawley,Taikein Cooper, and Courtney Mykytyn.

630 – 8pm

at the Institute for Contemporary Art at VCU (601 Broad Street)

On Saturday (10/26) we will be hosting a 4 hour workshop starting at 10am.  Register here!

“This workshop is for parents who are ready (or who are readying themselves) to be agents of integration or educational justice in their communities. While desegregating our own children is an important step towards educational equity- how we show up and how we integrate our families is critical. How can integrating parents (and in particular, white and/or privileged parents) translate good intentions into positive impact? How can we move towards being antiracist members of a school community?”
