Seattle Chapter Meeting – Feb 5th, zoom

If you’re a little confused about what’s been happening with school consolidations in Seattle, you’re not alone. There’s been a ton of back-and-forth and many folks are scrambling to figure out how best to advocate for our students during this time of severe budget shortfalls.

At Integrated Schools, we believe that building relationships is the best way to create meaningful, equitable change in our school systems. Let’s come together online to share what we’re seeing in the community along with our ideas and priorities for advocacy. We’re also inviting Liz Huizar from the Southeast Seattle Education Coalition (SESEC) to share her experience and advice on coalition building.
