MIRA DEBS \nMira Debs is the Director of the Education Studies Program and a lecturer in Sociology at Yale University. \nHer research has examined the connection between parents\, school choice\, and school integration efforts in Hartford\, New York\, Singapore and Copenhagen. She is the author of Diverse Parents\, Desirable Schools: Public Montessori in an Era of School Choice (Harvard Education Press\, 2019) and the co-editor of the Bloomsbury Handbook of Montessori Education (2023). \nShe has been a Hamden Public Schools parent since 2013.
